How to determine the date of production/manufacture or age of Lochinvar® HVAC and Water Heater Systems.

The date of production/manufacture or age of Lochinvar® HVAC equipment can be determined from the serial number located on the data plate.

Due to a computer error there were some OA serial water heaters manufactured. They were built in January of 1997.
